Anker & Co is a Scandinavian-based distributor specializing in high-quality lighting solutions and has been in the industry for over a decade. As the company grew, so did their logistical demands. The challenge
Anker & Co’s warehouse processes, managed by a third-party logistics provider, relied on a manual, non-integrated system that required email communication and Excel spreadsheets to track and confirm orders. This process, while flexible, limited the company’s efficiency and visibility into real-time inventory and order statuses.
