Neovital Health’s ERP journey
Neovital Health began their journey with Navision in 2015 and transitioned to Business Central in 2021. Despite their experience, they initially managed their Business Central operations internally without external assistance.
Challenges during business expansion
As Neovital Health expanded their business, they faced significant challenges in streamlining their operations, particularly with their online shop and Amazon integration. For instance, their Amazon operations in Spain, France, Italy and Germany, which started in 2017, were heavily manual and time-consuming. “Our monthly invoices amount to around €90,000 and managing them manually was too much work for our team,” Ariadna Sanahuja, Financial and Administrational Manager at Neovital Health.

“From the beginning, we knew the plan, the number of meetings, and what each meeting would cover. We could always be prepared, given the clear role set-up and expectations, which allowed us to complete the project in two months instead of the expected four,” says Ariadna.

Based on this success, Neovital Health plans to implement Golden EDI’s solutions for their new retail partner, a grocery chain which operates 90 different shops. Ariadna is confident about this decision, saying, “If we weren't happy with the results, I wouldn’t propose this idea. The way it worked with Amazon gives us confidence to expand the use of Golden EDI’s solutions.”
