About THINKNINE
THINKNINE was founded in 2024 with a clear ambition to build a specialist company that really master what they do. With a 100% focus on Microsoft Business Central, delivering quality and building long-term customer relationships, the company has now grown to a team of 12– all based in Hyllie, Malmö.
Their customer base spans across the trade, distribution and the food and beverage segments, and they specialize in larger, complex enterprises. And their formula is simple: deep competence, structured methodology and a genuine commitment to both customers and employees.
”THINKNINE has built something very strong in a short period of time. Their focus on specialization, customer relationships and quality delivery makes them a very valuable partner for us.” – Christian Jönsson, COO at Golden EDI.
A partnership that grew organically
The relationship between THINKNINE and Golden EDI did not start with a formal agreement or a structured partner onboarding process. It grew naturally over time, built on shared values and consistent experience of working well together.
What has kept the partnership strong over the years is something that is difficult to fabricate –a sense of ease in working together. There is an openness to tackling problems together, a shared methodology for approaching complex deliveries, and a mutual understanding that things sometimes happen – and that when they do, the right response is dialogue.
"What I like most about Golden EDI is how well we work together. We have a common view around delivery and methodology, and we both take a proactive, advisory approach with our customers. This makes the collaboration very smooth, " says Christian Peterson, Senior Architect at THINKNINE.
“The best partnerships are built over time through successful projects and mutual trust. With THINKNINE, the collaboration has evolved very organically because our teams work in a very similar way.”– Christian Jönsson, COO at Golden EDI.
Competence meets methodology
In customer projects, the collaboration is based on early involvement, clear communication and a shared commitment to keeping customers satisfied. Golden EDI is introduced early in the process to ensure alignment before complexity builds up. The high level of technical and business competence on both sides means that conversations move quickly and decisions can be made with confidence.
For THINKNINE, Golden EDI's value in a project goes beyond the product itself. It is about having a partner that understands the full picture – the business context, the customer's needs, the process requirements, and engagement at every level of a delivery.
"The USP of Golden EDI is really their people and the simplicity they bring. They understand what we are talking about, they engage with the complexity, and they make working together easy,” says Alexander Lundqvist, Application Consultant at THINKNINE.
"Golden EDI brings the kind of specialist depth and advisory mindset that we want in a partner. They don’t just implement, they guide their customers through decisions and they think long-term. That makes every joint delivery stronger," says Christian Peterson, Senior Architect at THINKNINE.
Looking into the future
Both companies see growth in the near future, and their ambitions are aligned. Microsoft Business Central is moving upmarket towards larger, more complex customers with multi-country operations, advanced integration requirements and an increasing need for automation across their business processes. For THINKNINE, this means there will be an increasing demand for robust, scalable integration solutions as part of every delivery.
Golden EDI fits naturally into that picture. As implementations grow in scope and complexity, the need for a reliable, competent and easy-to-work-with integration partner becomes not just useful but essential. THINKNINE intends to continue recommending Golden EDI in projects where it adds clear value for the customer – which, given the direction of the market, is likely to become more common.
"We are going to keep growing, and we are going to keep recommending Golden EDI where it makes sense for our customers. As the complexity of BC implementations increases and more businesses need automation across borders and systems, having a partner like Golden EDI as part of our toolkit is very valuable," says Christian Peterson.
"We share the same view on what a great partnership looks like – transparency, engagement, and an ambition to solve things together. THINKNINE is exactly the kind of long-term partner we want to build with, and we are excited about what we can accomplish together as the market continues to evolve," concludes Christian Jönsson, COO at Golden EDI.
